One of the core services I offer to my clients is legal consulting. Very often this also includes legal and financial counseling. This type of legal advice is very popular among my clients. Below you can find the most frequent questions about the consultations and tips on how to prepare for them.

How long is the consultation?

Normally it is 45 minutes. However, if a case is more complicated, the consultation may take longer. In such cases I make sure to inform the Client beforehand that we will need more time.

How to book a consultation?

The best way is to send an email to: biuro@lexinvest.pl, stating the date and contact details.

Consultation is aimed at solving a specific legal problem. Often such a solution is to show the Client what he can do in this particular situation. Which actions may be successful, and which ones are not worth taking. What provisions should be raised in a conversation with a developer or with the other party to the agreement, what arguments should be used.

I asked Magdalena Durlik-Olszewska for help with a legal analysis of the property and the developer. Before buying a flat, I received a lot of documents and, to be honest, I had neither the knowledge nor the time to read them all thoroughly. The analysis report I received was very detailed, but also clear and understandable. I was assured that I was not buying a pig in a poke and that the developer did not have any financial arrears. I strongly recommend sending documents to Ms Magdalena before buying any property.
