The contract is the basis for determining the obligations between the seller and the buyer. The content of the agreement is extremely important, because it determines the overall relationship between the parties - it defines the rights and obligations of both parties to the transaction. Pursuant to it, the rights to real estate are transferred to the buyer, in exchange for a financial benefit. Its analysis and review is therefore a must.
