About me

My name is Magdalena Durlik-Olszewska. I am a lawyer with many years of experience in the real estate market.

I assist companies and private investors in the process associated with the acquisition of real estate. I take care of their security by carefully reviewing contracts and pointing out possible risks in the whole investment process.

I am an independent advisor. I also deal with the settlement of legal status of land and provide administrative and legal services related to construction investment processes. I cooperate with the largest air and rail carriers in Poland and foreign investors.

I have also completed a doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law, related to the subject of my professional work. I am the author of many international publications on civil law. My characteristics are persistence and determination to achieve goals. I also graduated from psychology, which is an additional advantage in contacts with people and institutions, including in negotiations.
